NDs can specialize in a variety of health conditions, just as medical doctors do, however they are all taught the basic principles of assessing and treating with the least invasive tools available.

2. Is Dr. Harter a licensed ND?
Yes. Dr. Harter is licensed in California and can consult and treat patients who live in  California within her scope  of practice.

3. Can Dr. Harter prescribe medications?
Yes. Dr. Harter can prescribe medications within her scope  of  practice for patients who reside in California.

4. Does Dr. Harter have certain supplements she recommends?
Dr. Harter recommends supplements based on  evaluation of labs and history from each individual patient. There are certain brands that are known to have well researched ingredients that Dr.  Harter uses because of their therapeutic benefit. 5. What if I don’t have Zoom for the virtual visit?
Dr. Harter can also use the telephone as an alternative to Zoom but it is optimal for at least the initial visit to have face-to-face conversations.
